How can I buy tickets?
Cinemagic has three options of purchasing tickets: in person at the theater (via the box office or kiosks), online through our website or on the Cinemagic mobile app.
To purchase tickets online is a seamless process. Start by hovering over ‘Locations’ on the navigation bar and choosing the theater you wish to visit.
On the theater page, the list of movies is displayed by the current day. Future dates can also be filtered by utilizing the drop-down date menu and selecting a day in the future to view the movies that will be playing.
Once the desired movie is found, the showtimes themselves are clickable buttons, select the time and click it to purchase tickets. This will automatically launch a new window tab. There is a five minute time limit for ticket orders.

Step 1: Add the amount of tickets to the purchase using the plus (+) symbol/s, then select 'Next'.
Step 2: Select seats through the visual map. To change seats, unclick on the teal squares in the map and click the desired seats to make them teal. Please note, the screen is located at the top of the map, underneath the key.
Step 3: Review items in 'Your Basket'.
Step 4: Add personal information and review the 'Terms and Conditions' below it. Clicking on the 'Terms and Conditions' will open up a new window. Once read, proceed back and select the checkbox.
Step 5: Select a payment method. Gift cards can also be added to the order here for payment, in addition to the credit option. Then select 'Next'.
Step 6: Enter in the payment information on the next screen and select 'Pay Now' to complete the order. Once the 'Pay Now' button is selected, the order will be processed and it cannot be changed. To cancel the order select 'Cancel Order' and the window will direct back to the home page.
*Companion seats allow for customers with a wheelchair to have the option to sit in a recliner themselves or remain in their wheelchair with a companion sitting in the seat.

*Customers will receive an emailed barcode which can be scanned at the usher stand upon their visit. If you experience any complications please contact the theater you wish to attend and they will assist you.
No you don’t! The PDF attached to your email receipt is an e-ticket and can be scanned at the theater directly on your mobile device. If you prefer, you may print your ticket, but it is not necessary for entrance.
The .pkPass file also attached to your email receipt, allows you to add your tickets to your mobile device’s digital wallet/passbook.
If you purchased your tickets on the Cinemagic app, your e-ticket is scannable from the ‘purchases’ section of the app, or with the PDF attached to your email receipt.
Gift cards may be purchased in any of our theaters or on our website. To purchase on our website select Gift Cards from the navigation bar, choose which style card you would like, how many cards you wish to purchase and the amount per card. The card will be mailed to the address you provide in 3 to 5 business days.
To check the balance on an existing gift card via our website, select Gift Cards from the navigation bar. Near the bottom of the page there is a prompt to enter the gift card code to check the balance. That code can be found on the back of your gift card. You can also check the balance on your gift card when visiting the theater box office.
This is to offer rewards for loyal patronage. Cards are available and valid only at Cinemagic Stadium Theaters. Members receive 1 point for every dollar spent on tickets or concessions. Redeem these points from the loyalty menu (a-la-carte options). Members can choose how to use their points, based on the options provided in the menu. Points will reduce based on the options they choose to redeem (example: Tom has 65 points and redeems an option with a 50 point value. Tom now has 15 points remaining.).
New loyalty members must activate their cards at the box office prior to online registration. Points will be earned but cannot be used until the card is registered above.
Loyalty card must be presented at time of purchase or users can use their email addresses to be searched in the system. Reward vouchers will be issued by a theater and are void if illegible, altered or torn. Reward vouchers must be presented to obtain reward and they are subject to verification by management. Offers are subject to change, restrictions may apply. Card is not redeemable for cash.
The point system has been updated! Below are the new points that are active now:
· 50 Points --- One adult ticket at the child price
· 75 Points --- One free small fountain drink
· 100 Points --- One free small popcorn
· 120 Points --- One free kids pack
· 150 Points --- One free medium popcorn or fountain drink
· 175 Points --- One free ticket*
· 200 Points --- One free large popcorn or fountain drink
· 250 Points --- One free Super Combo
· 275 Points --- One free IMAX® ticket
· 500 Points --- Two free movie tickets & one free couples combo*
*Excludes IMAX®, special events & “no pass features".

We do offer birthday party packages. Just select Birthday Parties from the navigation bar, under Rentals and follow the directions on the form. A representative from the theater will contact you to coordinate your event.
What do I do if I want to bring a large group to the movies and/or rent an auditorium?
For groups and theater rentals please select Theater Rentals from the navigation bar under Rentals drop down and fill in the form as directed. Someone will respond to your request via the contact information you provide. Please try to provide as much advanced notice as possible that we may accommodate all requests.
Do you offer military discounts; what do I need to do to receive the discount?
We do offer a discount for all military personnel. We require proper identification at the time of purchase in order to verify military status. Some ways to verify that you are, or have been, in the military are to: present a copy of your discharge papers, show us your military ID card or show us your current state ID that displays your veteran status. Discount tickets may only be purchased at the box office. We regret that we are not able to offer these online for purchase.
Closed Captions is the process of visually displaying text on a screen, which is optional. Where Open Captions are embedded into a program and can not be visually turned off.
Do you have assisted listening or closed caption devices at your theater?
Yes, all of our locations offer assisted listening and/or closed caption devices. Some of our locations also offer open caption performances on a weekly basis. The movie show times list on our webpage indicates which type of devices are offered at each location and for which specific movies. Please note that not all movies are offered as closed caption or open caption movies.
Cinemagic provides a closed caption device if requested which allows you to view the captions on a private screen for your convenience. The devices are small enough to fit into a cup holder. If you have any specific questions or need additional assistance please call your local Cinemagic Theater, and we will do our best to accommodate your specific needs.
The phrase 'No Passes', does not refer to the purchasing of tickets. Our organization issues passes for charitable and promotional purposes. When a movie has 'No Passes' listed next to a film title, it simply means that those complimentary and promotional passes may not be used for that particular movie due to film company restrictions.
I'm trying to look up show times for next week, but your website doesn't show any times. Why is that; are you open that day?
We are open every day of the year. Our schedules change regularly based upon a number of different factors including movie release dates and holidays. Our regular schedules are prepared with Friday to Thursday as our business week and are posted by Tuesday night for the upcoming week beginning on Friday.
Sensory friendly movies are for individuals living with autism, and others, to enjoy their movie going experience in a safe and accepting environment. In order to provide a more comfortable setting for individuals on the autism spectrum, we keep the auditorium lights turned slightly up and the sound turned slightly down. The movie (typically G- or PG-rated) will start promptly at 10:00 a.m. Because some have strict, special dietary needs, families are permitted to bring their own gluten-free, casein-free snacks from home.
Additionally, audience members are welcome to get up and dance, walk, shout or sing - in other words, our no talking policy will not be enforced unless the audience safety is in question. Being able to relax and enjoy your movie-going without worrying if someone will complain or be disturbed by noise or movement is a wonderful experience. Many others, not on the autism spectrum, also enjoy Sensory Friendly Films, it's a great opportunity to enjoy a movie in a climate of acceptance and understanding.

What is your butter topping for popcorn made out of?
Our popcorn and butter are certified vegan by the manufacturers. The butter is made with artificial butter flavoring and soybean oil.
Do you offer free refills?
We offer free refills on our large popcorn and our large fountain drink. Free refills must be redeemed on same day of purchase. Limited to one free refill per day.
